Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.428 of 2022 registered with Nerul Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

When the application was listed before this Court on 23 December 2022, this Court was persuaded to pay to grant interim protection to the applicant as an affidavit cum undertaking was filed to state that the applicant was willing to pay the entire amount by the end of April 2023.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant has complied with the said undertaking and an additional affidavit dated 3 July 2023 came to be filed reporting full and final compliance. SSP 1/2

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicant has indeed complied with the undertaking recorded in the order dated 23 December 2022. 6.

In view of the above, I am inclined to make the interim order absolute. 7.

The interim order dated 23 December 2022 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

9.

The Application stands disposed.
