After hearing the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and the Respondents, I think that this Writ Petition can be finally disposed of and would be in the interest of justice if the Trial Court is directed to dispose of Special Civil Suit No. 21 of 2015, Regular Civil Suit No. 143 of 2016 and Special Civil Suit No. 23 of 2016 together. This order is passed in the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case considering that the Trial Court has progressed substantially and the same Judge is hearing all the three suits. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
