The present application for bail is filed before filing of chargesheet.

At the out set, the learned APP. submitted that, the Investigating Officer will file chargesheet in the matter on or before 14.12.2018. In view thereof, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
