The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of Civil Application St No.27604 of 2006 (Civil Application No.5201 of 2006) and First Appeal St.No.27603 of 2006. The same have stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of non payment of bhatta charges. The record indicates that in fact bhatta was paid and therefore the dismissal on the said ground was erroneous. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed resultantly the Civil Application St No.27604 of 2006 (Civil Application No.5201 of 2006) and First Appeal St No.27603 of 2006 are restored to file. List the said Civil Application St No.27604 of 2006 and First Appeal St No.27603 of 2006 on 7-7-2016. The Civil Application No.162 of 2014 is accordingly disposed of.
