No.3 of 2015 registered with Vita Police Station be expedited by conducting it on day-to-day basis. 2) Ms. Lohakare, learned APP on instructions from the Jailor Grade-I, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune submitted that, the Petitioner has been convicted in Sessions Case No. 99 of 2016 by the trial Court by its Judgment and Order dated 27th March, 2021.

3) In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
