By the present Petition, Petitioner has prayed that, the proceeding initiated against him under the provisions of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA Act) be dropped or he may be discharged from the case pending against him.

Petitioner will be at liberty to file appropriate Application before the Trial Court for his discharge or from dropping the provisions under the MCOCA Act applied to the said crime, as may be adviced and permissible under the law.
