This Interim Application is preferred by Respondent to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.4, who died on 15/09/2023. The learned Advocate for Appellant has raised no objection to allow the application.

Having considered the grounds coupled with the fact that, application is within limitation, the prayer is allowed by virtue of,

the powers conferred upon the Registrar vide Chapter II Rule 3, sub rule (i) of the Bombay High Court, Appellate Side, Rules, 1960. The Appellant in Civil Revision Application No.403 of 2017 shall carry out necessary amendment and file amended copy of application, within 02 (two) weeks.
