In the guise of an application for review or recall or modification, the Applicants/original Appellants in the First Appeal No. 632 of 2012 seek further orders in light of subsequent events. By the order of 15th June 2017 I directed the authorities below to decide certain matters, and inter alia appointed the Principal District Judge, Solapur as the Administrator of the trust in question and the school. It is now said that since the change report and the scheme in question have been decided, the Administrator should be 10th January 2018
