This is an Application for restoration of the Criminal Revision Application No.150 of 2002. The said Revision Application was dismissed for non-prosecution by the order dated 29th July 2013 by this Court. It appears that there is a delay of 110 days in preferring the present application for restoration. 2.

Considering the pleadings of the present Application, I am satisfied that the present Application deserves to be allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to the State Legal Aid Fund within a period of two weeks from today. Subject to payment of costs, the present Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
