The present application was heard yesterday i.e. on 12.12.2017 and after hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant, this Court had suggested the applicant to deposit the alleged defalcated amount of approximately Rs.92,000/- in the Registry of this Court. The learned Counsel for the applicant, therefore, had sought time to take instructions in that behalf and accordingly, the application was kept today for hearing. None appeared for the applicant in the morning session, and therefore, the present application was kept back for hearing in the second session. In the second session also, none appeared for the applicant.

It appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the present application.
