The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is to a proposal submitted by it for grant in Aid to be sanctioned for the schools established by it being not decided by the Competent Authority in the Education Department in State of Maharashta. 2.

The Petition was filed in the year 2015 but registered in the year 2016. Neither counsel is able to throw light on the fact whether the proposal has been decided. Thus, we dispose of the Petition directing the Competent Authority in the Education Department of the State of Maharashtra to decide the proposal
