The above Interim Application is filed seeking an amendment of TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO the Writ Petition as per the Schedule at page 115 of the Interim Application. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Considering that these amendments are basically to bring certain subsequent facts on record and it is a pre-admission amendment, we do not find any impediment in allowing the same. In these circumstances, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "a" which reads thus - "a) In view of the facts and circumstances disclosed hereinabove, the Applicants most respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Applicant's present application, thereby permitting the Applicants to amend and insert the paragraph numbers v(a), v(b), v(c) of the Writ Petition as detailed in the attached Schedule and to take the same on record;"

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of 3 weeks from today and the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on all the Respondents within a period of 1 week thereafter. 4.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. However, no order as to costs.

List the above Writ Petition for Admission on 30th August, 2023. 6.
