This application is preferred for condonation of delay of 289 days in filing the appeal. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the delay is caused for want of compliance of procedural formalities in the office of the applicant. So also, it took time to settle the appeal after taking conferences with the Counsel. The delay is not deliberate. He submits that notices are served on the respondents.

Learned AGP appears for Respondent No.1. None appears for respondent Nos.2(a) to 2(g), though served.
