The order dated 4/9/2013 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pune granting conditional leave to the Petitioners/Defendants on furnishing bank guarantee in the sum of Rs.1,73,159/- is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. The basis on which the Trial Court has come to a conclusion that the Defendants are to be granted conditional leave to defend can be found in paragraph 3 of the impugned order. Having regard to the said reasons, no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
