CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 2377 OF 2018 Atul Dilip Lunkad ...Applicant

Versus

The State of Maharashtra

...Respondent

Mr. Chetan Nangare, for the Applicant.

Mr. Ajay Patil, APP for the State/Respondent.

CORAM:

A. S. GADKARI, J DATED:

12th December, 2018 PC:- 1.

By a reasoned Order dated 22nd November, 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation. 2.

The record indicates that the co-accused who has been granted pre-arrest bail by Order dated 9th October, 2018 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2082 of 2018 has played same and/or similar role as that of applicant. There is no prima facie material to show that the applicant is a party or signatory to the alleged Agreement/MoU. It appears that, the applicant being son of Mr. Dilip Lunkad (accused) has been added as an accused in the present crime.
