After arguing the Appeal from Order, the learned Counsel appearing for the parties have agreed to an arrangement where the Appellant/plaintiff can conduct an inspection of the suit premises so as to ascertain the nature of repairs that have been carried out by the Respondents/defendants in the suit premises.

In view of the consensus prevailing between the parties, the appeal is disposed of by recording the statement made on behalf of the Respondents/defendants that the Constituted Attorney of the Appellant shall be permitted to inspect the suit premises on 26th December 2023 between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
