Present Interim Application is filed for setting aside the order dated 09.10.2023 dismissing the above captioned Civil Revision Application (CRA) for non prosecution and restoration of the said CRA.

Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated therein, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Order dated 09.10.2023 dismissing the CRA for default is quashed and set aside. CRA is restored to file and shall appear on board on 15th March, 2024.
