P.C:- From the pleadings in the Writ Petition, it emerges that the fourth respondent was executing an award in sum of ₹ 2,42,880/-. The petitioner has thrown no light on the circumstance under which the award was issued nor has thrown any light on which Industrial Court had passed the award. Required by law to execute awards as arrears of land revenue, the fourth respondent attached two motor vehicles registered in the name of the petitioner and the case of the Tilak

2/2 9 WP 97-2020.doc petitioner is that the award sought to be executed is against a Company known as Sahil Rent-A-Car Pvt.Ltd.

The remedy of the petitioner is to approach the Industrial Fora whose award is being executed. Relegating the petitioner to the said remedy, we dispose of the Writ Petition without any adjudication on merits. SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J CHIEF JUSTICE Tilak
