The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that the Applicant has deposited entire award amount along with accrued interest thereon before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Vasai. Hence, requested to stay the impugned judgment and order. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed. The impugned judgment and order is stayed till the final disposal of the Appeal. 4.
