Learned Counsel AGP on instructions informs us that since Gat No.26/2 admeasuring 59R is available, and since Petitioner has opted for the same, the said Gat No.26/2 shall be allotted to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. So far as the other Gat Numbers are concerned, we are informed that the same are not available for allotment. As far as the allotment of the balance 61R is concerned, the Petitioner is permitted to make an Application to

rpa 2/2 2-wp-13559-18.doc the Respondent No.3 within two week from today and the same shall be decided by the Respondent No.3 within four weeks from the date of the Application thereafter.

The Petition to stand disposed of on the aforesaid terms. Since the Petition is disposed of, needless to say that the ad-interim orders shall stand vacated.
