2] Ms.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Godavari Marathwada Irrigation Development Corporation (Acquiring Body), the appellant herein, tenders withdrawal pursis in all the appeals. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3] Mr.Dabke, learned AGP submits that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the appeals by the Acquiring Body - Appellant. 4] In view of the aforesaid, these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
