Office report dated 20th November 2018 shows that the petitioner had applied seeking permission to argue the matter in-person, however the Committee opined that he would not be in a position to assist the Court effectively and accordingly, advised the petitioner to approach the High Court Legal Services Authority to seek legal aid.

The petitioner, thereafter, appeared in-person on 18th January 2019 and the matter was adjourned to 25th January 2019. The matter was again adjourned to 5th February 2024 and since then has been adjourned continuously.
