Perused the report. In the report, the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nashik, has mentioned that the matter is being prolonged because of the adjournments sought by the advocates of both sides, who are practicing in other Courts as well. It appears from the report that the arguments of the Appellant are over and the advocate for the Respondent has not started the argument. Learned counsel for the Respondent assures that the advocate for the Respondent, in the School Tribunal, will proceed with the matter for arguments without seeking needless adjournments. This assurance is accepted and the extension sought for by the School Tribunal is granted.
