Learned counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions, submits that during the pendency of the application, charge-sheet has been filed. Hence, it is prayed that the application may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer the application for bail before appropriate Court. In view of this statement, the application is allowed to be withdrawn, with liberty to prefer an application for bail before the appropriate Court. In the event such an application is preferred, the Court shall decide the same on merits in accordance with law. Bail Application No.3023 of 2018, is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
