This Writ Petition was decided on 08.02.2018, directing the learned trial Court to expedite hearing of Change Report No. 1066 of 2002 and dispose of the same within one year; and, thereafter, on the request made, this court had granted extension of time from 04.03.2019 till 30.09.2019.

Now learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Greater Mumbai Region, Mumbai, by his letter dated 25.09.2019 has made a request for further extension of one year time for disposal of Change Report No. 1066 of 2002.
