Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly invited our attention to order dated 28/11/2019 in Writ Petition Nos.5906/2019 and 5677/2019. He states that accordingly representation is already made on 3-4/12/2019 and it is still not decided.

Learned APP submits that if said representation is received by respondent No.3, suitable decision upon it shall be taken within 2 weeks. 3.

In this situation, we direct respondent No.3 to take decision on representation 3-4/12/2019 within 2 weeks from the date of communication of this order to Respondent No.3. Petitioner to communicate this order to office of Respondent No.3. Keeping all contentions open and with liberty to the petitioners to approach again, we accordingly dispose of the petition.
