This writ petition, at the instance of the Union of India, challenges an interim order dated 8th November 2019 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Original Application No. 748 of 2019. During the pendency of the writ petition, the original application itself has been withdrawn by the applicants.

In such view of the matter, nothing survives for decision on this writ petition. The same stands disposed of as infructuous.
