Kate, Gaurav M. Kate are permitted to be brought on record in the above Writ Petition as Petitioner Nos.1 (a), 1 (b) and 1 (c) respectively. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on all the Respondents within a period of two weeks thereafter. The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
