By a reasoned Order dated 22nd November, 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record.

The learned APP on instructions submitted that, the applicant was a co-opted director of the society and was representing the category of 'employees'. The record of investigation indicates that, the applicant has no role to play in taking policy decisions and/or to indulge into the financial transactions of the said society. The record further indicates that the applicant was the facility manager of the said society. The applicant is similarly situated with co-accused Amit 1/2

20-ABA2383-18.DOC Thakur, who has been granted pre-arrest bail by this Court in ABA No.1871 of 2016 by Order dated 19th January, 2017. 3.

In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 22nd November, 2018 is hereby confirmed.
