I am informed that against the order dated 20/07/2016 passed against the petitioner, Appeal being 204 of 2016 is already pending. Said Appeal for last about three years is not decided. It is brought to my notice that respondent-authorities have issued notice and has already sealed bank account.

In the aforesaid background, petition can be disposed of with following order:

(I) The Appeal preferred by the present petitioner being Appeal No. 204 of 2016 be decided expeditiously and in any case within period of 8 weeks from today.

Petitioner assures that he shall appear before the Appellate Authority on 23/12/2019 and shall not seek any further adjournment in the matter.

(II) Till Appeal is decided, there shall be no coercive recovery.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
