Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2.
By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to respondent to take cognizance in respect of petitioner's complaint dated 19th December, 2016.

Learned APP Mrs. Shinde, on instructions, makes statement that the said complaint is not on record of Kopri Police Station. 4.
Mr. Sarogi, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the police have received the said complaint.

In our view, present petition need not be kept pending. Suffice it to state that the petitioner may make fresh complaint to the 1/2

In the event such complaint is made within a period of one week from today, the concerned police station shall enquire into the same and take appropriate decision within a period of 7 days from the receipt of such complaint and communicate such decision to petitioner.

Subject to above, petition is disposed of.
