The Interim Application is taken out by the Applicants, who are legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 3. The Respondent No. 3 passed away on 29th October 2018. Although, it is the responsibility of the Petitioners to bring legal heirs of Respondent No. 3 on record, however, heirs of Respondent No. 3 filed the above Interim Application. Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners states that the Interim Application be allowed and she will carry out the amendment in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

Amendment be carried out within 14 days from today. 4.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
