The application preferred by the co-accused was disposed off by this Court on 13th June, 2018 by observing that after hearing the counsel for the applicant at length and considering the allegations against the applicant, when the Court was not inclined, the application was allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial does not commence within a period of one year from 13th June, 2018. Learned counsel for the applicant submits the similar order may be passed in this application.
