Having heard Mr. Prakash Deshpande, petitioner-in-person and learned AGP for the State, we propose to dispose of this petition by directing the Respondent No.2 - Cabinet Minister, Revenue-Relief and Rehabilitation Department, Maharashtra State, Mantralaya, Mumbai to dispose of petitioner's Revision Application, copy of which is at page no.19, Exhibit "C" as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Order accordingly.

It is made clear that we have passed this order since we found that the revision application is already heard on merits and it is closed for orders. Needless to state that the Respondent No.2-Cabinet Minister shall decide the said revision application independently on its own merits and in accordance with the law and this order should not be construed as an expression of an opinion. Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
