Counsel for the Respondent-Management, on instructions, submits that the punishments awarded to the Petitioners of stoppage of one increment temporarily and the deduction of salary of one day are withdrawn. It is further informed that all the financial benefits shall be released in favour of the Petitioners within the period of six weeks from today. Since the statement is made on instructions, the same is accepted. In view of the aforesaid statement, the grievance raised in petition stand redressed. As such the petition stands disposed of.
