The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Petition which had stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of the conditional order dated 6-10-2016. The said conditional order was in respect of taking steps to bring the heirs of the Respondent No.5 on record. In view of the fact that the Petition has been dismissed for non prosecution, it would be just and proper to afford a final opportunity to the Petitioner to make amends.
