DATE: 1st FEBRUARY, 2018 P.C.:- 1] Petitioner has filed the present Petition for adding certain more offences to Crime No.267 of 2017.

2] Mr. Patil, learned APP, on instructions informs this Court that charge-sheet is already filed.

3] In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present Petition. In the event, the Investigating Agency find that any additional offence is also to be added in the crime, they would not be precluded from doing so in view of the provisions of section 173(8) of the Criminal Procedure Code. With these observations, Petition is disposed of.
