This petition is filed for review of the order dated 29th April, 2015 by which the writ petition filed by the review petitioner was dismissed. The only ground on which review of the order sought is that, the judgment does not refer to one of the citations of the petitioner i.e. 2005

(1) Mh.L.J. 631 (Kalavati Bharsingh Thapa Vs. M/s. Maharashtra Plastic Industries) on the maintainability of the Review Application filed by the respondent company. Any decision cited by any party to the proceedings, if not referred to in the order, the only inference that can be drawn is that, the citation was not found relevant by the Court. This being the legal position, there cannot be review of the order on that ground. Hence, the Review Petition is dismissed. (SMT. R.P. SONDURBALDOTA, J) (SMT. R.P. SONDURBALDOTA, J)
