This is the second application for bail. The earlier bail application No.1931 of 2015 preferred by the applicant was rejected by this Court by an order dated 7.12.2015.The learned APP. on instructions submitted that the trial pertaining to CR No.117/2015 has already commenced and the recording of evidence of the complainant is in progress,. In view of the said statement the learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application for bail before the trial Court if the trial pertaining to said CR No.117/2015 does not complete by 31.12.2017.
