The above Civil Application has been filed for the stay of the impugned judgment and order dated 05/10/2015. The above Family Court Appeal has been admitted by an order passed today. By the impugned judgment and order, apart from granting a decree of restitution of conjugal rights, the Applicant/Appellant has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- each to the Respondent - wife and son Arnav towards their maintenance till such time as the Respondent - wife is taken for cohabitation. Since we are staying the decree for restitution of conjugal rights, the Applicant/Appellant would have to pay the amount of Rs.30,000/- as directed by clause (4) of the operative part of the impugned judgment and order. Hence there would be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) on the lgc

(36) cam-60.16 condition that the Applicant/Appellant continues to pay the amount of Rs.30,000/- towards the maintenance of the Respondent - wife and son Arnav, pending the hearing and final disposal of the above Family Court Appeal.
