The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Appellant on record and for condonation of delay of 1 year and 312 days in filing the application. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in the Civil Application. The original Appellant was involved in the accident in question and had suffered injuries. Pursuant to which, he has expired.
