Vide order dated 19th March, 2014 passed by this Court (CORAM: K.K. TATED, J.), the applicants/original claimants were allowed to withdraw Rs.1,00,000/- each without furnishing any security.

12-CAF-213-2016.DOC It appears that the appellant herein has deposited the entire decreetal amount of Rs.7,50,285/-. Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants be allowed to withdraw 50% of the remaining amount viz. Rs.4,50,285/-.

The applicants/original claimants are, therefore, allowed to withdraw 50% of amount viz. Rs.4,50,285/- without furnishing any security.
