Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the form of the petitioner in respect of the advertisement dated 11/12/2015 has been accepted by respondent no.1. The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 submits that the proposal is under process. We expect the respondent no.1 to take a final decision on the said proposal at the earliest on its own merits. Keeping all issues on merits open, petition is disposed of. In case the proposal is rejected, the petitioner may resort to appropriate remedy.
