By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 68 days in filing additional affidavit dated 22nd December, 2015 and seeks that the said affidavit be taken on record. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents to this civil application has no objection if the delay in filing additional affidavit is condoned and the said affidavit is taken on record.
