This is an application for intervention by the first informant in CR No.155 of 2017 registered with Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai.

For the reasons stated in the application, application for intervention is allowed.

The applicant in ABA No.2035 of 2017 is hereby directed to implead the first informant Sajid A. Bhajikhada as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned Advocate for the first informant 1/2
