By this Interim Application, the Applicant (original Petitioner) seeks condonation of delay of 98 days in filing the Interim Application and seeks extension of time to file an Appeal by a period of four weeks granted by this Court vide order dated 22nd August 2022.

Learned AGP for the State vehemently urged that the delay of 98 days is not explained nor the reason for not filing appeal within 1 /2

Delay is explained in paragraph nos. 15 and 16 of the application. Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) . It is made clear that further extension of time would not be granted.

Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
