The grievance of the petitioner is that he is entitled for the benefit of 6th Pay scale and the same has not been extended by respondent no.2. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall submit a detailed representation with supporting documents in regard to the aforesaid claim before respondent no.2 and the respondent no.2 may be directed to decided the petitioner's claim in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting on the merits of the matter in regard the petitioner's entitlement, we are disposing of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit detailed representation with supporting documents before respondent no.2 within two weeks from today. On receipt of the same respondent no.2 shall examine and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible not later than three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
