The Petitioner seeks implementation of the judgment and order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 06th September, 2017 passed in Civil Apeal Nos. 11249-51 of 2017. It is the contention of the petitioner that the directions given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court were not implemented by the State Government, thereby depriving the petitioner for an admission in the Government Medical College.
Not only the admissions are complete but the first semester would also be ending by now. In any case, in view of Borey 1/2
spb/ 41wp551-18.odt the cut-off date prescribed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court itself, we will not be in a position to issue any direction to the State Government to grant permission to the petitioner for getting admission in the government medical college.
The petition deserves to be dismissed. It is dismissed accordingly.
However, if the petitioner is of the view that any of the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court are disobeyed by the State Government, he is always at liberty to take steps as are advised.
