This Civil Application is filed by the Applicant who is not a party to the Contempt Petition for seeking impleadment as party Respondent No.4.

In the Contempt Petition, willful breach of the order dated 13.04.2017 passed by this Court has been alleged. Notice has been issued by a Division Bench of this Court in the Contempt Petition on 06.09.2017.

Once notice is issued in Contempt Petition, it becomes a matter between the Court and the Contemnor. Therefore, the Applicant has no locus to seek impleadment. Accordingly, Civil Application is rejected.
