The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the proposals dated 21st June, 2016 and 16th December, 2016 "Exh. C" submitted by respondent no.4 before him for modification in regard to the teachers' strength due to increase in the students' strength.

Keeping in view of the limited prayer made in the Petition without commenting on the merits of the petition and on the proposal made by the fourth Respondent, we are inclined to dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent no.2 to examine the said proposals and take appropriate decision in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but not later than six weeks from the receipt of copy of this order.
